A peninsula that's hard on paintwork and panels
Tanners Point sits out on the Tauranga Harbour, and cars parked here especially older ones, holiday home runabouts, and vehicles regularly used to tow a boat down the ramp take a real beating from salt-laden air. We see corrosion around wheel arches, sills, and exhaust systems well ahead of what you'd expect on the same model further inland.
Many of the vehicles we buy out this way are second cars kept at a bach that are no longer used year-round, or old tow vehicles being replaced. Either way, we come out to the peninsula, quote on the spot, and take it away without you needing to drive it anywhere.
